Return and Refund Policy

At Selysia, your satisfaction is our priority. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. To start a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page or send us an email selysia.co@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always reach out for any return questions through our Contact Us page.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll make it right for you as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (e.g., beauty or wellness supplements once opened), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Exchanges / Replacements
Need something different? The quickest way is to return your original item (after approval) and place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
